The bathroom was absolutely sweltering—easily above 35 degrees Celsius—and adjusting the temperature meant opening the window. Breakfast presented limited options, serving small, single-serve cereal boxes, bruised fruits, and cold pastries, with no cooked breakfast available despite it being requested. If you have long hair, you might want to bring your own shampoo since the provided amount is quite minimal. The direct outdoor access to the patio could be a concern for some, as there was a noisy technical installation just beyond the wall of the room, which could interrupt the peace. my stay felt a bit cramped with minimal breakfast choices and discomfort due to temperature.

Spacious beer garden, children's play area, unique local craft beer selection
Inconsistent food quality could use serious attention!!! The check-in process left much to be desired due to constant interruptions. The bathroom fixtures and shower setup need an overhaul!!! A clearer communication regarding the electric vehicle charging point would help future guests!!!

I had a lovely stay at The Black Swan. The clean Superior Double Room featured charming decor and cozy atmosphere, making it a perfect choice for eco-conscious travelers. Dinner options delighted my palate, though the weak shower pressure was a minor drawback. a delightful experience!

Had a great time with friends! The beer garden was awesome, especially the zip line and play area for the kids. Breakfast was solid, and the staff were friendly. Just a heads up for future visitors, parking is ample, but get there early on weekends as it fills up. Definitely recommend for a fun group getaway!
We faced a bit of mix-up with our room type upon arrival, which was a bit frustrating.

The Black Swan has a lovely atmosphere and beautifully decorated rooms that exceeded expectations. breakfast choices were limited, and service could be improved as some food was overly salty with underwhelming flavors. Still, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant overall.

Couple's Escape with some hiccups
The whole experience was good. From arrival to leaving after breakfast, the place was bustling with laughter and good vibes. We even had a compact yet perfect room that had an eclectic taste which I loved. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making it feel homey.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was acceptable for what we got.

We stayed in the Superior Double Room. It was spacious and clean. The decor felt a bit dated but matched the vibe of the place. The bed was a little firmer than we prefer, but it wasn't uncomfortable. Shower pressure was just okay, and the bathroom was warm but manageable with the window open. A guide for the heating settings would be helpful for unfamiliar guests.
